Graduation ceremonies across the country always try to find the quintessential speaker that will inspire graduates to go out and do great things. West Virginia University is no different, getting 42nd president Bill Clinton to speak at the entire university’s graduation, but they got a man perhaps even more famous in the state of West Virginia than slick Willy to speak at the College of Physical Activity and Sports Science Commencement.
